Edusyne aims to maintain transparency in all transactions. Please read our refund terms carefully before making any payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
- If a course or service is discontinued by Edusyne.
- If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error.
- If the student withdraws before the service has been initiated (subject to review).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The consulting session, training, or service has already been delivered.
- Students change their decision after receiving course counseling.
- Application or processing fees have been submitted to partner institutes.
- Delay or non-selection by a third-party institution.
Processing Time
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
